The event is 90 minutes in length and doors will open 10 minutes prior to each session. Please make sure to attend your correct session.
Check-in at the door under the name used to purchase your tickets. We do not issue hard-copy tickets. If you are selling your ticket to another party, you must notify us in writing of the name to be changed to on the check-in list. Please email us at info@petiteprincesscompany.com
Each person entering must have purchased a ticket. Babies 12 months and under are free with an adult entry. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are $45 for children, $25 for adults.
If you choose to purchase tickets from a reseller, we always encourage you to check with us to make sure they do indeed have a ticket and are on our check-in list. We do NOT offer refunds for tickets bought from scammers.
Children are welcomed and encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters!
We are not responsible for personal belongings.
There will be no food or drinks at this event other than small giveaways at stations like candy.
Children are not allowed to be dropped and with an adult at all times within the venue. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests for any reason especially harmful behavior towards our performers or other guests.
Your entry and presence at the event constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded for marketing purposes.
The Petite Princess Company and our entertainment partners do not utilize any characters under copyright. Our characters are a reflection of fairytales that have long been in the public domain.
